为了培养符合临床实际工作需要的麻醉专科护理人才,在"医校合作"模式下探索麻醉专科护士培养机制,以现代护理职业教育的理念指导护理教学改革,培养业务理论知识和临床操作技能过硬,能运用所学知识分析和解决麻醉护理工作中的问题,能够为围麻醉期患者提供高效优质护理服务的专科型应用人才。

In order to cultivate specialized nursing talents to meet the need of the actual work in clinical anesthesia, anesthesia specialist nurse training mechanism under the hospital-college cooperative mode is explored. The teaching reform in nursing education based on the concept of modern nursing occupation, should bring up the specialized talents with excellent professional theoretical knowledge and skillful clinical practice, who can use the knowledge to analyze and to solve problems in nursing work of anesthesia, to provide efficient quality nursing care for patients during anesthesia.
