摘要
概述了对纵扭复合型超声波电机的实验研究。其中包括压电陶瓷片的极化方式、有限元模型的修正、工作频率和振型的测量、电机负载转速等机械特性的测量、超声减摩实验、提高电机负载性能的关键因素 ,并指出今后要做的提高电机性能的实验。最终成功研制了一台直径 45mm纵扭复合型超声波电机 ,最大扭矩为 1N·m。
In this paper, experimental study of ultrasonic motor using longitudinal and torsional mode are summarized,which includes the poling of piezoelectric ceramic, the modification of FEM model, the measurement of frequency and modal shape, the measurement of motor output ,the experiment of ultrasonic vibration anti-friction, the key factor of increasing motor output. The experiments that can be made in the future are pointed out.At last, a diameter-45mm motor with maximum torque 1N·m is designed and fabricated successfully.
