摘要
该文阐述了影响动压气体轴承刚度降低的原因 ,并利用IDEAS结构分析软件对影响轴承刚度的轴承盖、转子环进行了动态变形分析、阐明 ,除了保证加工及装配精度外 ,在设计中还要考虑结构的动态变形对刚度的影响。
The reason of declining rigidity for dynamic-pressure gas bearing is analyzed in this paper.Also, using the IDEAS software,we make a dynamic distortion proving of the bearing cap and rotor cup which influence the bearing's rigidity.We should also considerate the structure and the dynamic distortions in design which affect on the rigidity,besides ensuring the processing and fabricate precision.The optimal structure of bearing was got through analysis.
