Preliminary Study on the Processing of the Urban and Rural Planning File Digitalization

大数据时代的今天,城乡规划档案管理工作正由档案的数字化向数据化迈进。档案数据化能最大限度的发挥档案信息作为战略资源的作用。文章分析了城乡规划档案具有大型图纸数量大、种类多,文件结构复杂等特点,指出规划数据化难度较大。以长沙市为例,探讨了规划档案数据化加工的平台、流程和相关的经验,以期为城乡规划档案大数据研究提供参考。

The advent of the big data era,the records management of urban and rural planning is from the digital to the date-intensive.File digitalization,as a strategic resource,can play the maximum role of informatization.This paper analyzed the urban and rural planning file composed of large scale drawing which has the features of large quantities,variety,and file structure complicated.Taking Changsha for example,we discussed the processing of the digital archives platform and relevant experiences,in order to provide additional insight into the research.
