摘要
酒店实习生实习体验的好坏,是旅游教育部门与酒店行业非常关注的问题。文章基于马斯洛需求层次理论,并通过对现有文献进行整理分析的基础之上,来构建酒店实习生实习体验的影响因素理论模型。该理论模型具体涵盖了五大方面共22个影响因素。最后,从学校、实习酒店、实习生以及指导教师四个角度提出了优化实习生实习体验的对策。
The internship experience of hotel interns has always been an issue which tourism education department and hotel industry are concerned about. Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,the research constructed the theoretical model of influencing factors of hotel internship experience after analyzing the related literature.The model consisted of five aspects which including 22 influencing factors.Finally,the research offered the countermeasures to optimize internship experience of hotel from four different aspects,which are university,hotel,intern and teacher.
