摘要
制造业一线员工在企业中工作任务日益增加,工作时间长,工作压力大,从而带来身心疲惫和工作厌倦感积压等系列问题,不利于一线工人的身心健康和企业持续发展。文章认为,应该利用员工援助计划体系,针对一线员工的心理健康,进行分级预防和治疗,以有效缓解工人的工作倦怠。
The overload of work tasks,long work time and work pressure have led to more serious job burnout,which have been jeopardizing the health of employees and the performance of factories.In order to alleviate the workers' job burnout,the Employee Assistance Programs(EAP)should be used to prevent and treat the employees' physical and mental health problems.
