摘要
服务型领导(Servant Leadership)也称仆从型领导,是近年来全新的一种领导理论.服务型领导是对领导的一种理解和实践方式,其重点在于服务,强调领导对他人的服务,强调对下属的关怀重于领导者的利益.首先,通过文献分析和综述的方法,归纳了服务型领导的研究内容.对服务型领导的起源、概念、特征、理论模型等内容进行阐述,并对服务型领导理论与其他领导理论进行了比较.其次,探讨对服务型领导的测量和评估,以及在组织中的应用等问题.最后,对服务型领导的理论研究做了评价和展望,提出服务型领导研究中的不足和需要深入探索的问题.
Servant leadership was a rising leadership theory in recently years,which was an understanding andpractice of leadership that placed the good of those led over the self-interest of the leader. It emphasized that theconsideration of followers were the essential character of servant leaders. The research firstly through literature reviewand analysis to give a brief introduction of the concept and characteristics,as well as the theoretical models ofservant leadership. And then the differences and relationships between servant leadership and several other kinds ofleadership were compared. Secondly,the measurement and assessment of servant leadership was illustrated briefly.The application of servant leadership in organization was introduced in this paper. Lastly,the comment on theservant leadership theory and some further research orientations were provided for scholars and participants.
