河南省旅游产业与区域经济的时空耦合协调研究

Temporal and Spatial Coupling Coordinative Between Tourism Industry and Regional Economy in Henan Province

旅游产业作为区域经济发展的支柱,对于转变经济发展方式、促进区域产业结构优化升级具有重要作用,同时区域经济发展也为旅游产业水平的提高提供经济基础.首先,构建评价指标体系,运用熵值法确定权重,并在此基础上构建旅游产业与区域经济发展的耦合协调模型,对河南省18地市进行空间和时间两个层面的耦合协调研究,随后运用灰色关联模型做进一步探讨和优化.结果表明,在空间层面上,郑州市、洛阳市、焦作市和南阳市实现了旅游产业与区域经济的协调发展,而其他14地市则处于不同程度的失调状态,同时,除郑州市达到优质协调外,开封市、洛阳市和焦作市为区域经济相对滞后型,其他14地市均属于旅游产业相对滞后型;在时间层面,河南省不同地市两系统的耦合协调水平均有不同程度的提升,其中郑州市提高幅度最大,济源市提高幅度最小,两系统耦合协调度的区域差异不断拉大.最后提出促进旅游产业内涵式发展、打造国际旅游品牌等提高旅游产业与区域经济耦合协调发展水平的建议,促进河南省由旅游大省到旅游强省的跨越.

As the pillar of the regional economic development,tourism industry plays an important role in thetransformation of the pattern of economic development and the promotion of the optimization of regional industrialstructure. At the same time,regional economic development also provides the economic basis for the improvement ofthe tourism industry. By constructing the coupling coordination model of tourism industry and regional economicdevelopment to study the coupling coordination of 18 cities in Henan Province in both temporal and spatial. Resultsshow that Zhengzhou,Luoyang,Jiaozuo and Nanyang cities realize the coordinated development of the tourismindustry and regional economy on spatial aspect,while the other 14 cities are in a state of different degrees ofdisorder. From the contrast between tourism industry and regional economic development,Zhengzhou reaches highquality coordination. Kaifeng,Luoyang and Jiaozuo act the relative lag model for the local economy,and the other 14cities of the tourism industry is relatively lag. On the time aspect,the coupling coordination level of two systems indifferent cities in Henan Province all have different degrees of ascension. Zhengzhou city increases the sharpest,and Jiyuan city increases the minimum. The regional gap of coupling coordination degree in two system is widened.On this basis,to use the gray correlation degree model respectively,the present condition of the development ofthe comparison of two types of city are further discussed. According to the grey correlation degree,we put forward to promote tourism connotation type development,to build an international tourism brand to improve the coordinationdevelopment level of tourism industry and regional economy,in order to promote the Henan Province of the bigtourism province into the strong tourism province.
