陕西三大区域国内游客安全感知实证研究——基于旅游感知安全指数模型

Apperceive of Tourism Safety in the Domestic Tourists of Three Areas in Shaanxi

安全感是游客出游决策的重要影响因素,是旅游目的地游客印象的晴雨表.选取陕西关中、陕北和陕南三大区域的著名旅游景区为调查对象,通过对来陕国内旅游者随机抽查及大量问卷的取证,获得各区域第一手旅游安全调研资料,综合运用旅游感知安全指数比较分析游客对陕西三大区域旅游安全的感知现状,结果显示:陕西三大区域中,旅游者对陕南旅游区感到最安全,对陕北旅游安全基本满意,对关中旅游感到最不安全.针对调查现状和存在问题提出发展对策,从而为陕西旅游业健康快速发展提供实证案例.

Sense of security is not only a very influential factor in travel decision-making but also the“barometer”of tourist destination with tourists’impression. Selecting the famous scenic spots of three areas which refer toShaanxi central plain,north of Shaanxi and south of Shaanxi as the investigation object. We obtain the firsthandresearch data with each area of tourism security form a great deal of questionnaire surveys and random inspections.From a comparative angle this paper finds tourism apperceive security index analyses tourists’sense of securitystatus of three areas in Shaanxi. Overall we find that tourists feel the most insecure area is Shaanxi central plain andfollowing by north of Shaanxi and south of Shaanxi. We analyze the existing surveys and problems existing at presentand put forward the developmental strategies which provide the empirical case to speed up the healthy developmentof Shaanxi tourism.
