外耳道真菌病的真菌鉴定及筛选敏感性药物治疗

Fungal identification and screening sensitive drug treatment for external auditory canal fungal disease

目的:探讨外耳道真菌病的真菌鉴定及筛选敏感性药物治疗方法与效果。方法:收治外耳道真菌病患者60例,行致病菌种鉴定与药敏测试,筛选出适合患者的敏感性药物治疗,分析治疗效果。结果:致病真菌阳性率100.00%,共分离出120株致病真菌,治愈率100.0%。结论:外耳道真菌病中以白色念珠菌与曲霉菌为主,采用伊曲康唑及氟康唑滴耳液治疗效果显著,安全性高。

ObjectiveTo explore the methods and effect of fungal identification and screening sensitive drug treatment for externalauditory canal fungal disease.Methods：60 patients with external auditory canal fungal disease were selected,and they were givenidentification of pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity tests.We screened the sensitive drug therapy for patients,and analyzedthe therapeutic effect.Results：The positive rate of pathogenic fungi was 100%.120 strains of pathogenic fungi were isolated,andthe cure rate was 100%.Conclusion：Candida albicans and aspergillus were the most in the fungal diseases of external auditory.Thetreatment effect of itraconazole and fluconazole ear drops was significant,and the security was high.
