经皮椎体成形术治疗老年脊柱转移瘤压缩性骨折18例临床观察

Clinical observation of 18 cases of elderly compression fractures caused by spinal metastases treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty

目的:探讨老年脊柱转移瘤压缩性骨折患者采取经皮椎体成形术治疗的临床效果。方法:收治老年脊柱转移瘤压缩性骨折患者18例,给予经皮椎体成形术治疗,观察术后生活质量评分及疼痛感。结果:患者术后半年生活质量评分明显高于手术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎体成形术治疗老年脊柱转移瘤压缩性骨折的临床疗效显著。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients withcompression fractures caused by spinal metastases.Methods：18 cases of elderly patients with compression fractures caused byspinal metastases were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty,and the scores of quality of life and pain after operation wereobserved.Results：The scores of quality of life in patients after operation were significantly higher than those before operation,andthe difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly patientswith compression fractures caused by spinal metastases had significant clinical effect.
