硬脑膜网状切开在急性脑肿胀手术中的应用研究

Application study on the dural reticular incision in the acute brain swelling operation

目的:分析硬脑膜网状切开在脑外伤手术中的应用。方法:60例脑外伤患者作为研究组,给予硬脑膜网状切开治疗;55例传统大骨瓣切开手术治疗的患者作为对照组。对比两种手术方式治疗效果以及患者预后。结果:研究组的存活率高于对照组,重残的人数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硬脑膜网状切开在脑外伤手术中应用能够提高手术的成功率,降低重残程度。

ObjectiveTo analyze the application of the dural reticular incision in the brain trauma operation.Methods：60 patientswith brain trauma were as the study group.They were given dural reticular incision treatment.55 patients with traditional largebone flap incision surgery were as the control group.The treatment effects and the prognosis of the patients were comparedbetween the two surgical methods.Results：The survival rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and thenumber of severe disability was significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of duralreticular incision in the brain trauma operation can improve the success rate of surgery and reduce the disability degree.
