神经外科中微创手术的应用价值

Application value of minimally invasive surgery in department of neurosurgery

目的:探讨在神经外科中应用微创手术的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析90例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料,其中行开颅血肿清除术治疗的患者40例,作为对照组,行CT引导立体定向血肿清除术治疗的患者50例,作为观察组,将两组患者的治疗效果和并发症进行比较。结果:对照组的治疗总有效率75%,观察组的治疗总有效率72%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在消化道出血、颅内感染、肺感染等术后并发症上,观察组的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用CT引导立体定向血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血患者,具有手术时间短、创伤小、并发症较少的优点。

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of minimally invasive surgery in department of neurosurgery.Methods：Theclinical data of 90 patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed.40 patients were treated withhematoma craniotomy removal surgery as the control group.50 patients were treated with CT guided stereotactic hematomaremoval surgery as the observation group.The treatment effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results：Thetreatment total effective rate of the control group was 75%,and the treatment total effective rate of the observation group was 72%;the difference between groups had no statistically significant（P〉0.05）.In the gastrointestinal bleeding,intracranial infection,pulmonary infection and other complications,the incidence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of thecontrol group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：CT guided stereotactic hematoma removal surgery in the treatment of patients withhypertension cerebral hemorrhage has the advantages of short operation time,less trauma,less complications.
