老年呼吸道革兰阳性细菌感染70例头孢硫脒治疗效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of 70 cases of elderly respiratory tract infection of gram positive bacteria treated with cefathiamidin

目的:探讨老年呼吸道革兰阳性细菌感染患者利用头孢硫脒治疗的临床效果。方法:收治老年呼吸道革兰阳性细菌感染患者70例,均给予头孢硫脒治疗,观察临床治疗效果。结果:头孢硫脒治疗慢性支气管炎临床有效率100%。金黄色葡萄球菌转阴率100%。结论:头孢硫脒治疗老年呼吸道革兰阳性细菌感染患者临床效果显著,不良反应发生率较低。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of elderly patients with respiratory tract infection of gram positive bacteriatreated with cefathiamidin.Methods：70 cases of elderly patients with respiratory tract infection of gram positive bacteria weretreated with cefathiamidine,and the clinical curative effect was observed.Results：The clinical efficiency of cephathiamidine in thetreatment of chronic bronchitis was 100%.The negative rate of staphylococcus aureus was 100%.Conclusion：Cefathiamidin in thetreatment of elderly patients with respiratory tract infection of gram positive bacteria had significant clinical effect and lowerincidence of adverse reactions.
