生长抑素治疗肝硬化上消化道出血68例临床观察

Clinical observation of somatostatin in the treatment of 68 cases of upper digestive tract bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis

目的:探讨生长抑素治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的临床效果。方法:收治肝硬化上消化道出血患者68例,随机分为两组。对照组给予奥曲肽治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予生长抑素治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组止血时间、输血量均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生长抑素治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的临床效果较显著。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of somatostatin in the treatment of upper digestive tract bleeding caused byliver cirrhosis.Methods：68 cases of patients with upper digestive tract bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis were divided into twogroups randomly.The control group was treated with octreotide.The observation group was treated with somatostatin based on thecontrol group.The clinical effects of the two groups was compared.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The bleeding time andblood transfusion in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statisticallysignificant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Somatostatin in the treatment of upper digestive tract bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis hadmore significant clinical effect.
