非索非那定片联合孟鲁斯特钠片对慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of the fexofenadine combined with montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria

目的:探讨抗组胺药非索非那定片合用孟鲁斯特钠片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法:收治慢性荨麻疹患者75例,给予非索非那定片联合孟鲁斯特钠片治疗。结果:75例患者,治疗效果显著60例(80%),效果不显著15例(20%)。结论:非索非那定片合用孟鲁斯特钠片治疗慢性荨麻疹具有协同抗过敏作用。由于两药的互补机制抵消了各自的不良反应,使得疾病治疗有效率高。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the fexofenadine combined with montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment ofchronic urticaria.Methods：75 patients with chronic urticaria were selected.They were given the fexofenadine combined withmontelukast sodium tablets treatment.Results：In 75 cases,the treatment effect was significant in 60 cases（80%）,and the effect wasnot significant in 15 cases（20%）.Conclusion：Fexofenadine combined with montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment of chronicurticaria has synergistic anti allergic effect.Due to the complementary mechanism of the two drugs to offset their adverse reactions,high effective rate is achieved.
