二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察

Clinical observation of reatment of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate for psoriasis vulgaris

目的:探讨二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法:收治寻常型银屑病患者86例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用消银颗粒、窄谱中波紫外线光疗和复方氟米松软膏治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗4周时,在治疗组,PASI评分、瘙痒程度及DLQI评分均低于对照组,有效率(65.12%)高于对照组(40.00%)(P<0.05);治疗12周时,两组PASI评分、瘙痒程度、DLQI评分及治愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗寻常型银屑病近期有一定疗效,可改善患者生活质量。

ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy and safety of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate in the treatment ofpsoriasis vulgaris.Methods：86 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were selected.They were randomly divided into the control groupand the treatment group.The control group was treated with Xiao Yin granules,narrow spectrum medium wave ultravioletphototherapy and compound flumetasone ointment.The treatment group added calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate on thebasis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：At 4 weeks,in the treatment group,the PASIscore, pruritus degree and DLQI score were lower than the control group,and the effective rate （65.12% ） was higher than thecontrol group（40.00%）（P〈0.05）.At treatment for 12 weeks,there was no significant difference in PASI score,pruritus degree,DLQIscore and cure rate of the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The application of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate in thetreatment of psoriasis vulgaris had a certain short-term efficacy,and it can improve the quality of life of patients.
