针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效分析

Effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

目的:探讨针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:收治椎动脉型颈椎病患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用针灸治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用推拿治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效显著。

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of vertebral artery type ofcervical spondylosis.Methods：100 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were selected.They were randomlydivided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with acupuncture treatment.Theexperimental group was treated with massage therapy based on the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis wassignificant.
