痰热清注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎效果分析

Effect analysis of Tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia

目的:分析儿童肺炎支原体肺炎治疗中应用痰热清注射液联合阿奇霉素的临床效果。方法:收治肺炎支原体肺炎患儿92例,将患儿平均分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组给予单纯使用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组则给予痰热清静脉滴注联合阿奇霉素治疗。给予持续治疗2个疗程后,观察两组患儿的临床症状、血常规以及X线胸片改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率达97.8%(45/46),显著优于对照组的87.0%(40/46),观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间也显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎过程中应用痰热清联合阿奇霉素,效果显著。

ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin in the treatment of childrenmycoplasma pneumonia.Methods：92 children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected.The children patients weredivided into the control group and the observation group with 46 cases in each.The control group were given the simpleazithromycin treatment.The observation group were given Tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin treatment.They weregiven the continued treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical symptoms,blood routine and chest X-ray improvement oftwo groups were observed.Results：The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was 97.8% （45/46）,which wassignificantly better than 87%（40/46） of the control group.The fever clearance time and cough disappeared time of the observationgroup were significantly shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of Tanreqing injectioncombined with azithromycin in the treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia has significant effect.
