自拟扶正化瘀祛湿方联合美沙拉秦治疗克罗恩病的临床疗效研究

Study on clinical effect of self Fuzheng Huayu Qushi decoction combined with mesalazine in the treatment of Crohn's disease

目的:探讨自拟扶正化瘀祛湿方联合美沙拉秦治疗克罗恩病的疗效。方法:收治克罗恩病患者22例,随机分为对照组和观察组各11例,对照组采用美沙拉秦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合自拟扶正化瘀祛湿方。结果:治疗后,观察组临床缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组内镜下缓解率、组织学缓解率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟扶正化瘀祛湿方治疗克罗恩病效果明显。

ObjectiveTo investigate the curative effect of Fuzheng Huayu Qushi decoction combined with mesalazine in thetreatment of Crohn＇s disease.Methods：22 patients with Crohn＇s disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the controlgroup and the observation group with 11 cases in each group.The control group were given the mesalazine treatment.Theobservation group were given the self Fuzheng Huayu Qushi decoction on the basis of the control group.Results：After thetreatment,the clinical remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the endoscopicremission rate and histological remission rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of self Fuzheng Huayu Qushi decoction in the treatment of Crohn＇s disease is obvious.
