立体筋膜理论指导下的肩周炎治疗研究

Study on the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis under the guidance of stereoscopic fascia

目的:观察立体筋膜理论指导下冲击波疗法对肩周炎的疗效。方法:收治肩周炎患者260例,平分为两组,对照组使用常规的冲击波治疗配合中频电疗,关节功能锻炼;治疗组在此基础上运用立体筋膜理论治疗,对比两组效果。结果:治疗组总显效率94.6%,高于对照组的78.4%,差异有统计学意义。结论:利用立体筋膜理论来指导冲击波的应用,对肩周炎治疗效果显著。

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis under the guidance of stereoscopicfascia.Methods：260 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups onaverage.The control group was used conventional shock wave therapy combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy,exercise of joint function,while the treatment group under the guidance of stereoscopic fascia for treatment on the basis of thecontrol group,we compared the results of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.6% higherthan that of the control group of 78.4%,with significant differences.Conclusion：The use of stereoscopic fascia theory to guide theapplication of shock wave can get good treatment effect of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
