双源CT双能量成像在脑血管检查中的应用价值研究 被引量:2

The application value of dual energy CT angiography imaging in the cerebral vascular examination

摘要 目的:探讨双源CT双能量成像在脑血管检查中的应用价值。方法:收治脑血管疾病患者62例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规CTA减影检查,观察组采用双源CT双能量成像检查。结果:与对照组相比,双源CT双能量成像检查的扫描时间更短、图像减影时间更短、辐射剂量更低(P<0.05)。结论:双源CT双能量成像在脑血管的检查中具有较大价值,可有效缩短扫描时间与图像减影时间,且辐射剂量较少。 ObjectiveTo investigate the application value of dual energy CT angiography imaging in the cerebral vascularexamination.Methods:62 patients with cerebral vascular disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control groupand the observation group.The control group used the conventional CTA subtraction angiography,and the observation group useddual energy CT angiography imaging.Results:Compared with the control group,the dual energy CT angiography imaging had theshorter scan time,shorter image subtraction time,lower radiation dose(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The value of dual energy CTangiography imaging in the cerebral vascular examination is great.It can shorten the scan time and image subtraction timeeffectively,and the radiation dose is less.
