脑梗死与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块、血脂的相关性研究

Study on the relationship between cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerotic plaque,blood lipid

目的:评价颈动脉粥样硬化、血脂与脑梗死的相关性。方法:184例脑梗死患者作为试验组,100例健康者作为对照组,比较两组中有斑块患者与无斑块患者的血脂水平。结果:试验组血脂水平显著高于对照组,有斑块患者血脂水平显著高于无斑块患者(P<0.05)。结论:颈动脉粥样硬化斑块、血脂水平与脑梗死的发生密切相关。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the relationship between carotid artery atherosclerosis,blood lipid and cerebral infarction.Methods：184 patients with cerebral infarction were as the experimental group.100 cases of healthy persons were as the controlgroup.The blood lipid levels of patients with plaque and patients without plaque were compared in two groups.Results：The bloodlipid level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the blood lipid level of patientswith plaque was significantly higher than that of patients without plaque（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The carotid atherosclerotic plaqueand blood lipid levels are closely related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction.
