同型半胱氨酸、纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体联合检查对脑血管病的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of the combined examination of homocysteine,fibrinogen and D-dimer in cerebral vascular disease

目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及D-二聚体(D-D)联合检查对脑血管病的诊断价值。方法:收治脑血管病变患者76例为观察组,选择健康人38例为对照组,行Hcy、FIB及D-D的检测,对比两组各指标的变化。结果:观察组Hcy、FIB及D-D水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Hcy、FIB及D-D检测对脑血管病的预测有一定指导作用。

ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic value of the combined examination of homocysteine,fibrinogen and D-dimer incerebral vascular disease.Methods：76 patients with cerebrovascular disease were selected as the observation group,and 38 healthypeople were selected as the control group.We detected Hcy,FIB and D-D,and compared the changes of the two groups.Results：Inthe observation group,Hcy,FIB and D-D were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combinedexamination of Hcy、FIB and D-D had a certain guiding role in the prediction of cerebrovascular disease.
