健康教育对提高骨科住院患者护理满意度的研究分析

Study and analysis of health education in the improvement of the nursing satisfaction of orthopedics inpatients

目的:探讨健康教育对提高骨科住院患者护理满意度影响。方法:收治骨科治疗患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组给予一般护理和健康指导,观察组给予系统的健康教育,对入院教育、术前健康指导、术后健康教育和疼痛护理进行重点加强。结果:观察组轻度疼痛33例,中度疼痛12例,重度疼痛5例,患者满意49例,满意度98.0%。对照组轻度疼痛30例,中度疼痛14例,重度疼痛6例,患者满意43例,满意度86.0%。观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对骨科住院患者,健康教育能够提高护理满意度,具有重要的意义。

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of health education in the improvement of the nursing satisfaction of orthopedicsinpatients.Methods：100 patients with orthopedics treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The controlgroup was given general nursing and health guidance.The observation group was given systematic health education.The admissioneducation,preoperative health guidance,postoperative health education and pain nursing were strengthened.Results：In theobservation group,33 cases had mild pain;12 cases had moderate pain;5 cases had severe pain;49 cases were satisfied;thesatisfaction was 98%.In the control group,30 cases had mild pain;14 cases had moderate pain;6 cases had severe pain;43 caseswere satisfied;the satisfaction was 86.0% .The observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For orthopedics inpatients,health education can improve nursing satisfaction.It had a great significance.
