阶段性健康教育在耳鼻喉科护理中的应用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨在耳鼻喉科护理过程中应用阶段性健康教育的效果。方法:收治耳鼻喉科患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展阶段性健康教育。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑评分明显优于对照组,且对于疾病相关知识掌握程度和护理满意度也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在耳鼻喉科患者常规护理的基础上开展阶段性健康教育,能够有效提高患者对于疾病相关知识的认知度和对治疗的依从性,确保临床的治疗效果。 ObjectiveTo explore the effect of applying stage health education in the nursing process in the department of ENT.Methods:90 patients of ENT department were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observationgroup.The control group was treated with the routine nursing,and the observation group was carried out stage health education onthe basis of the control group.Results:After nursing care,the anxiety score of the observation group was significantly better thanthat of the control group;the degree of knowledge related to disease and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the controlgroup(P〈0.05).Conclusion:To carry out stage health education on patients in the department of ENT on the basis of the routinenursing can improve the patients awareness of disease related knowledge and treatment compliance effectively,to ensure theclinical therapeutic effect.
