Research progress on risk assessment and intervention of nursing care for violent attack in patients with mental disorders

目的:探讨精神病患者暴力攻击护理风险评估与干预。方法:采用评分标准法及百分比对比法进行分析。结果:暴力行为评估量表使用后6个月内,暴力行为高风险实际发生率逐月下降,并降为25%以下。结论:通过患者风险等级暴力评估,根据风险等级进行有效护理,能降低暴力高风险发生率。

ObjectiveTo explore the risk assessment and intervention of nursing care for violent attack in patients with mentaldisorders.Methods：The score standard method and the percentage comparison method were used to analyze.Results：Within sixmonths of using violent behavior assessment scale,the actual rate of high risk of violence was decreased month by month,and it fellbelow 25% .Conclusion：Through the risk rating violence assessment,taking effective nursing care according to risk level canreduce the incidence of high risk of violence.
