北京市广内地区老年人生活能力及影响因素调查分析

Investigation of the life ability and the influencing factors in elderly people in Guangnei community of Beijing city

目的:调查北京市西城区广内地区老年人的生活能力及其影响因素。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,对1 845例广内地区≥60岁的老年人进行问卷调查,包括:一般资料问卷、慢性病患病情况问卷、日常生活能力问卷和肢体功能、听力及视力情况问卷。结果:对老年人生活能力有影响的因素中,年龄、丧偶、肢体功能障碍、听力障碍、脑卒中相关性最高(P<0.001),其次为无工作、文化程度、肢体残疾(0.001<P<0.01),冠心病、离退休对生活能力水平亦有影响(0.01<P<0.05)。结论:今后的社区卫生服务、家庭医生式服务以及为老年人提供定期上门服务工作要更侧重于高龄、文化程度低、有肢体功能障碍、听力障碍、脑卒中、冠心病的老年人。

ObjectiveTo explore the life ability and its influencing factors in elderly people in Xicheng district of Beijing city.Methods：1 845 cases more than 60 years old were selected from Guangnei community,using cluster random sampling method,andthen a questionnaire survey was conducted on them,including：general information questionnaire,chronic disease prevalencequestionnaire,daily life ability questionnaire and limb function,hearing and visual acuity questionnaire.Results：Among theinfluential factors on life ability of elderly people,age,widowed,limb dysfunction,hearing impairment and stroke has highestcorrelation with daily life ability（P〈0.001）,followed by no job,education level,physical disability（0.001〈P〈0.01）,and coronaryheart disease,retired also influence on life level（0.01〈P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For the future,community health services,familydoctor service and regular door-to-door service work should be more emphasis on people with old age,low education level,limbdysfunction,hearing impairment,stroke,coronary heart disease.
