日本新型劳动关系构建的症结之文化根源探究 被引量:1

摘要 在日本经济萎靡不振的今日,传统的以终身雇佣为基础的雇佣惯行制度已经失去了存在的历史必然性。该雇佣惯行导致的日本劳动力市场上的"男男不平等"和"男女不平等"既是阻碍日本劳动力市场改革的症结所在,也加剧了日本社会的"独身"和"少子化"问题。打破传统就业观念,参考中国社会劳动关系构造,构建"同工同酬"和"男女平等"的新型劳动关系是日本劳动力市场改革的方向之一。 Due to the current flagging economy,the traditional employment system based on lifetime employment has lost its inevitability of existence in Japan.The traditional employment system has resulted in the'inequality between men and men(inequal pay for equal work)'and 'inequality between men and women'in Japan's labor market,which is not only a key obstacle to Japan's labor market reform but also an accelerator intensifying some of its social problems,namely,'celibacy'and 'low birth rate'.One of the directions of Japan's labor market reform is to construct the new-type labor relations of'equal pay for equal work'and'equality between men and women'by drawing on the experience of China's structure of social labor relations.
