闽台包容性增长水平的比较研究

Comparative Study of Inclusive Growth Level of Fujian and Taiwan

近年来,福建和台湾的经济总量的差距在逐步缩小,但若从更为全面的视角考察两地的发展的差异性将更为科学合理。文章将从目前越来越多地受国际社会,尤其是发展中国家关注的包容性增长这一指标入手对两地的发展水平进行比较分析,利用包容性增长评价指标体系从经济发展、社会发展和资源环境三个方面,对闽台的包容性增长水平进行测量。通过对包容性增长水平一至三级指标的测量结果的分析,并结合闽台两地政府实施的相关包容性增长的政策及措施,将福建的包容性增长水平与台湾的进行对比分析,找出两地包容性增长存在差异的原因,而后以此为基础,展望促进两岸乃至我国包容性增长水平提供的未来发展之路。

In recent years, the gap of economic aggregate is gradually narrowing between Fujian and Taiwan. But it will be scientific and reasonable to consider the differences of their development from a more comprehensive perspective. Inclusive growth is a concept that is more and more concerned by global countries, especially those in developing countries. This paper adopts the index system for estimating inclusive growth to measure inclusive growth levels of Fujian and Taiwan from the aspects of economic development, social development as well as resources and environment, appraises Fujian and Taiwan＇ s inclusive growth level through comparing the governments＇policy, and analyzes their differences on inclusive growth and its reasons. Based on the above analysis, we will prospect Chinese inclusive growth in the future.
