右美托咪定应用于腹部手术全麻病人苏醒期的研究进展

Research Progress of Dexmedetomidine Used in Abdominal Surgery Patients with General Anesthesia in Awakening Period

右美托咪定作为一种新型α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、抗交感、稳定血流动力学,减少麻醉药用量,呼吸抑制轻的特点,临床上,腹部手术患者多行全身麻醉,但全麻后并发症较多,本文就右美托咪定在腹部手术围术期全麻患者苏醒期的临床应用进展做一综述。

Dexmedetomidine as a new type of alpha 2 adrenergic agonists, has sedative and analgesic, anti anxiety, sympathetic, stable hemodynamics, reduce drug dosage, the characteristics of respiratory depression is light, clinically, multi-line general anesthesia in patients with abdominal surgery, but the complications after general anesthesia is more. In this paper, application progress of Dexmedtomidine used in patients with abdominal surgery perioperative anesthesia clinical awakening period is reviewed.
