摘要
城市消防规划作为总体规划的重要组成部分,是建立协调、有序的城市安全与健康发展格局的重要保障。研究以可拓学为视角,通过梳理城市消防规划过程中的外部与内部矛盾问题,尝试提出以转换桥为核心的化解矛盾问题的策略生成思路,从目标与条件确立、关联准则辨析、可拓符号表达与运算、可拓分析与变换等方面构建求解城市消防规划问题的可拓模型,并通过案例进行求解示例,旨在为城市消防规划编制的定量分析与智能决策提供一种有效、科学的理论与技术方法支撑。
City fire protection planning is an important part of the overall planning. It plays an important role in establishing a harmonious and orderly urban safety and promoting the healthy development of the pattern. The research under the theory of Extenics, we analyze the external and internal contradictions in the process of city fire protection planning problems, and try to put forward the transforming bridge as the core of the strategy of solving contradiction problems. Then we build extension model and do the case study for solving urban fire protection planning problems on the aspect of establishing goals and conditions, association rules analysis, extension symbol expression and operation, extensible analysis and transformation, etc. This paper aims at providing an effective and scientific theory and a technology support for the quantitative analysis and intelligent decision provides of the urban fire protection planning.
