摘要
通过增加冗余总线Control Net的子站,直接采集卷烟机的继电器信号的方法,实现卷烟机喂丝系统信号的可靠互锁。建立网络和继电器连锁备用系统,通过心跳检测,自动切换,告警联动等手段实现生产的连续运行。
By increasing the redundant bus Control Net of sub station, direct relay signals acquisition cigarette-rolling machines, reliable cigarette-rolling machines feeding system signal interlock. Build a network and relay chain backup system, through the heartbeat detection, automatic switch, alarm linkage, and other means to achieve production of continuous operation.
