摘要
剪式抓斗内外斗臂的中心联接铰轴在抓取物料时往往受力较大,经过长期的使用过程,容易发生破坏失效,导致安全事故。目前,对于剪式抓斗中心联接铰轴的可靠性校核分析还较少有人涉及。本文以某特定剪式抓斗为例,对其抓取力和抓取阻力进行研究,通过建立力矩平衡方程,求出中心联接铰轴的受力情况,为判断其可靠性提供了一般性思路,并为下一步的优化设计打下了理论基础。
The axle pin of scissor grab, used to connect two scissor arms, always face large pressure during grabbing, which may cause damages after long- time working. However, few research focused on this problem has been made until now. This paper, taking a certain scissor grab for instance, discuss general methods to analyze the reliability of axle pin, by establishing torque equation. The result can be used as a theoretical basis for further optimization design.
