地特胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的:观察地特胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取我院就诊的100例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组(地特胰岛素+二甲双胍)和对照组(地特胰岛素)各50例。对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率92.00%显著高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前FBG、2hPG、HbA1c水平和胰岛素用量比较无差异(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组FBG、2hPG、HbA1c水平和胰岛素用量显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);对照组FBG、2hPG和HbA1c水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);胰岛素用量与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组FBG、2hPG、HbA1c水平和胰岛素用量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者使用地特胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗,临床效果显著,减少药物使用剂量,值得临床推广。
