摘要
介绍了一种半桥逆变式电子束焊机用高压电源的工作原理和控制电路的工作过程。结合PLC控制技术及电子束焊机用高压电源的特点,提出一种以IGBT作为逆变器件来实现高压电源的高效小型化。采用PLC控制技术实现电源的软启动功能,自动调节电路采用A/D和D/A转换技术,提高了电源的可靠性。经过试验,电源的各项性能指标都达到了预期的设计目标。
The working principle on high voltage source with half-bridge inverter for electronic beam welder is introduced, and the operational principle of controlling circuits is analyzed. According to speciality of the source and PLC controlling technology, a small volume of the source and soft-start of the source are realized by a inverter used IGBT. Using A/D and D/A technology in auto-adjusting circuits the stabilization of the source is improved. There are protecting circuits and high effi-ciency in the source. The experiments show the technical propertv ol the source meet requirements of welding technology.
