教育援藏与西藏民生改善

一个社会的发展,教育是最根本的基础。教育援藏促进了西藏教育的发展,奠定了西藏经济社会发展最根本的基础,在整个援藏工作中占据了重要地位。和平解放以来,教育援藏对于改变西藏经济社会面貌的意义重大,尤其是改革开放以来,教育援藏在改善民生方面发挥了重要作用。中央第六次西藏工作会议再次部署了援藏工作,教育援藏需继续着眼于西藏民生改善,在西藏全面建成小康社会、实现现代化过程中寻找新的着力点,从援藏制度设计方面着手,使教育援藏在改变西藏教育"短板"、惠及民生方面发挥更大的作用。

Education is the basic foundation for the society＇s development. Education aid for Tibet holds an important position in the whole work of aid for Tibet which promotes educational development and lies the foundation for economic and social development in Tibet. Education aid for Tibet is of great significance for changing Tibet＇s economic and social face. Since the peaceful liberation,especially after the reform and opening up,education aid for Tibet plays a important role in improving people＇s wellbeing. The Sixth Central Tibet work conference deployed in Tibet once again. Education aid for Tibet needs to continue to focus on improving people＇s livelihood and searches for the new focus in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing modernization in Tibet. From the aspects of system design in Tibet,which will help education aid for Tibet and play greater role in making up the short board of Tibet＇s education and benefiting people＇s livelihood.
