摘要 文中针对电力系统业务规划面临的数据量大、决策复杂、技术手段匮乏的现状,设计并实现了一种业务分析决策平台。首先介绍了平台的总体架构,并分析了其平台特点,之后对该平台所具备的功能进行了描述。最后,为验证该业务分析决策平台的有效性,同时测试其支持的业务需求能力,此处选取财务盈利能力、投资能力测算、营销客户价值聚类分析等有代表性的业务模型场景,进行测试验证。该平台的实现响应了国家电网公司在"十二五"规划中提出的建立智能分析决策体系的任务需求,可有效提升分析质量与效果,有利于使各类分析决策工作规范化,满足当前各业务应用对信息的高级应用要求,提升国家电网公司战略层、经营管理层决策能力。 Aiming at the situation of large amounts of data,complex decision and the lack of technology,an analysis decision platform for power grid business planning was designed and implemented. First,the overall architecture of the platform and the characteristic platform were introduced and the function implementation was detailed. Then,in order to test the effectiveness and the business needs ability,two scenarios of finance profit investment ability and customer value cluster analysis were chosen to test. The analysis decision platform presented achieved the goal of State Grid's informationization of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,which proposed a task demands of establishment the intelligent analysis decision system,and improved the analysis efficiency and work standardization. Meanwhile,the platform satisfied the advanced application requires of each business quickly,and enhanced the State Grid 's strategic,business management and decision ability.
