Combining with the engineering conditions and surrounding limitations of the coal thermal power plant with low calorific value of Gujiaopower plant at third phase, starting from aspects of landscape effect, operation management, demolition for reconstruction and traffic organization,the paper introduces general horizontal distribution optimizing scheme of the plant, which will be good for improving coal resources using ratio andpromoting sustainable development of the enterprises.
