Due to the development of economy and the transformation of the social structure, some members of the societyare reduced to the disadvantaged groups. And the community employment has the characteristics of low threshold, good serviceand highly targeted, which makes it become the deposition point of vulnerable groups in space, and is an important platformfor employment assistance to vulnerable groups.
