大一新生学业规划制定方法研究——以会计学专业为例

Study on Methodology of Setting Freshmen's Academic Planning: Taking Accounting Major as an Example

学业规划作为职业规划的衔接工作,对大学生未来职业生涯有着重要意义。本文首先分析了大一新生在制定学业规划方法上的特点与不足,在此基础上以会计学专业为例论证了制定学业规划所需要考虑的专业特征,并根据专业特征和实践经验提炼,提出了制定学业规划的结合自身特点、专业外部环境情境管理、理论认知与实践认知相结合等原则。最后针对上述特征原则阐述了基于SWOT分析框架的学业规划制定方法。

As a convergence planning tool for career planning, academic planning has great significance for future careers ofundergraduates. This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the freshmen in the development of academicplanning methods, argues the professional characteristics which need to be considered when setting academic planning. It issuggested that there are principals of combination of the characteristics of the development of their own academic planning,professional external environment management, combination of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge. Finally, the methodof making the academic planning based on the analysis frame of SWOT is introduced.
