磺酸型水性聚氨酯压敏胶的合成及表征

摘要 本文以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、磺酸型水性聚酯多元醇、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为主要原料,制备了磺酸型水性聚氨酯压敏胶,讨论了n(-NCO)/n(-OH)比值(R值)、小分子扩链剂/聚酯多元醇比值(C/A值)、磺酸型水性聚酯多元醇的分子量大小对压敏胶性能的影响。研究结果表明,当R值为1.20,C/A值为3.0,磺酸型水性聚酯多元醇的分子量为3000时,水性聚氨酯压敏胶的性能优异,初粘力达到滚动27.3cm(13#钢球),持粘力达到25.5h。 In this paper, the water-based polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive was synthesized by using the main materialsof sulfonated waterborne polyester polyol, IPDI and BDO. The ratio of n (-NCO) to n (-OH), the ratio of small chain extender topolyester polyol and the molecular weight of polyester polyol on the disturbance of polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive werefurther discussed. As the results, when the R value was 1.20, C/A value was 3 and the molecular weight of the polyol polyester was3000, the waterborne polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive showed the good performance, in which its initial viscosity, holdingpower and peeling strength could reach up to 27.3cm with No.13 steel ball, 25.5h, respectively.
