摘要
我国人口老龄化问题已成为经济社会发展中的战略性问题。新常态下养老总需求在不断增长,但传统养老产业供需不匹配,养老服务业人力资源匮乏、成本上升。要想解决这些矛盾必须利用创新驱动供给侧结构性改革。由需求出发构建智慧养老生态链,利用"互联网+"精准配置资源、跨界融合、开拓商业模式,利用大数据快速分析、智慧决策、发现新需求,利用物联网的"感知"功能全方位收集蕴含养老需求的大数据,利用机器人和3D打印提供成本低廉的专业化、智能化服务,从需求发出到服务兑现,使智慧化贯穿整个链条,解决传统养老产业供需矛盾和提升养老产业增长方式。
Population aging is a strategic issue for China economic and social development. Under the new normal, pension demand is growing while the demand and supply mismatch in traditional pension industry, thus raising the human resources cost in pension service industry. To solve such contradictions an innovation- driven reform in supply-side structure is needed, and the relevant measures include: constructing a demand-driven smart endowment ecological chain, using " Internet +" for precise resources allocation, trans- boundary fusion and commercial mode development, using big data for fast analysis, smart decision and new demand discovery, using IOT's "perception" function for comprehensively collecting the big data containing pension demand, and using robots and 3D printing for low-cost professional and smart service, so that the smartness operates throughout the entire chain so as to solve the imbalance between supply and demand in traditional pension industry and improve the growth mode of pension industry.
