摘要
轴向磁场变磁通永磁同步电机(Axial Field Variable Flux Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine,AFVFPMSM)是一种新型的盘式双转子电机。以一台三相AFVFPMSM为例,在介绍其结构特点、工作原理及基本尺寸方程的基础上,采用三维有限元分析软件中参数化扫略模块,综合考虑绕组磁链和感应电动势两个方面,对该电机主要结构参数,包括永磁体形状与厚度、气隙长度及绕组厚度进行优化。对AFVFPMSM的深入研究具有重要的实际应用价值。
Axial field variable flux permanent magnet synchronous machine (AFVFPMSM) is a novel electrical ma- chine with the double-rotor. Taking a three-phase AFVFPMSM as an example, after introducing the structure characteris- tics and working principle and the basic sizing equation of AFVFPMSM, its main structure parameters including the shape and thickness of permanent magnets (PMs) , the length of air gap, and the thickness of armature windings were optimized by adopting the parameterized sweeping module in the software of 3D finite element analysis on the basis of considering winding linkage and EMF. It has important practical application value for further study of AFVFPMSM.
