白芷提取物对绿原酸肠吸收的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察白芷70%乙醇提取物对绿原酸肠吸收的影响。方法采用外翻肠囊法和在体单向肠灌流法,研究提取物、P-gp抑制剂(盐酸维拉帕米)、抗生素(诺氟沙星)对绿原酸肠吸收的影响。结果十二指肠中,绿原酸组和绿原酸-白芷提取物组的表观吸收系数(Papp)分别为(6.792±1.28)×10^(-6)cm/s和(11.605±2.03)×10^(-6)cm/s,而空肠中分别为(1.700±0.53)×10^(-6)cm/s和(7.194±1.93)×10^(-6)cm/s。绿原酸组的吸收速率常数(Ka)和Papp分别是(1.984±0.99)×10^(-4)/s和(15.62±4.42)×10^(-6)cm/s,绿原酸-白芷提取物组分别是(4.784±0.36)×10^(-4)/s和(37.33±2.18)×10^(-6)cm/s,绿原酸-盐酸维拉帕米组分别是(5.847±0.75)×10^(-4)/s和(44.64±5.64)×10^(-6)cm/s,绿原酸-诺氟沙星组分别是(9.673±0.81)×10^(-4)/s和(88.86±7.92)×10^(-6)cm/s。结论绿原酸最佳吸收部位为十二指肠和空肠,白芷对其肠道吸收显著促进作用,可能与抑制P-gp活性及调节肠道菌群有关。 AIM To study the effect of 70% ethanol extract of Angelicae dahuricae Radix on intestinal absorption of chlorogenic acid. METHODS Everted intestinal sac and in situ single pass perfusion methods were applied to studying the effects of the extract,P-gp inhibitor( verapamil hydrochloride) and antibiotic( norfloxacin) as well,on intestinal absorption of chlorogenic acid. RESULTS The Pappvalues of chlorogenic acid group and chlorogenic acid-Angelicae dahuricae Radix extract group were( 6. 792 ± 1. 28) × 10-6cm / s and( 11. 605 ± 2. 03) ×10-6cm / s in duodenum,and( 1. 700 ± 0. 53) × 10-6cm / s and( 7. 194 ± 1. 93) × 10-6cm / s in jejunum,respectively. The Kaand Pappvalues of chlorogenic acid group were( 1. 984 ± 0. 99) × 10-4/ s and( 15. 62 ± 4. 42) ×10-6cm / s,and those of chlorogenic acid-Angelicae dahuricae Radix extract group,chlorogenic acid-verapamil hydrochloride group,and chlorogenic acid-levofloxacin group were( 4. 784 ± 0. 36) × 10-4/ s and( 37. 33 ±2. 18) × 10-6cm / s,( 5. 847 ± 0. 75) × 10-4/ s and( 44. 64 ± 5. 64) × 10-6cm / s,and( 9. 673 ± 0. 81) ×10-4/ s and( 88. 86 ± 7. 92) × 10-6cm / s,respectively. CONCLUSION Chlorogenic acid can be best absorbed in duodenum and jejunum,and its significantly promoting intestinal absorption by Angelicae dahuricae Radix may be due to the inhibition of P-gp activity and regulation of intestinal flora.
