斑花黄堇化学成分的研究

Chemical constituents from Corydalis conspersa

目的研究藏药斑花黄堇Corydalis conspersa Maxim.的化学成分。方法斑花黄堇95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20柱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为黄连碱(1)、巴马亭(2)、原阿片碱(3)、血根碱(4)、比枯枯灵(5)、紫堇碱(6)、四氢非洲防己胺(7)、(S)-5-羟基-7-甲氧基黄烷酮(8)、2',4'-二羟基双氢查耳酮(9)、芦丁(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

AIM To study the chemical constituents from Tibetan medicine Corydalis conspersa Maxim..METHODS The 95% ethanol extract of C. conspersa was isolated and purified by silica and Sephadex LH-20 column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as coptisine（ 1）,palmatine（ 2）,protopine（ 3）,sanguinarine（ 4）,bicuculline（ 5）,corydaline（ 6）,tetrahydrocolumbamine（ 7）,（ S）-5-hydroxy-7-methoxyflavanone（ 8）,2’,4’-dihydroxydihydrochalcone（ 9）,rutin（ 10）,β-sitosterol（ 11）. CONCLUSION All the compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
