瑞典职业教育现代学徒制现状与困境研究

Research on the Current Situation and Predicament of the Modern Apprenticeship in the Vocational Education in Sweden

现代学徒制是职业教育实现教育为经济服务的主要途径之一,瑞典在引进现代学徒制过程中,还存在着学生认可度低、企业参与度低、社会合作伙伴亟需加强、学徒培训质量有待提升等问题。我国在现代学徒制试点工作中也面临着与瑞典相同的问题,通过提高学生认知度,企业积极性以及行业协会的参与,能有效推广现代学徒制。

Modern apprenticeship is one of the main ways of servicing the economic development. In the introduction of modern apprenticeship, Sweden has some problems such as low - recognition among students, low - participation of enterprises, insufficient partners and low apprenticeship quality. Three are similar problems in our country. We should improve students,awareness and the enthusiasm of enterprises and industry associations so as to pro-mote modern apprenticeship.
