摘要
教师隐性知识分享是教师学习的重要途径。当前教师隐性知识分享中面临很多困境,制约了知识分享的效果,阻碍了教师的专业发展。本文在分析教师隐性知识分享面临的困境的基础上,从隐性知识本身、教师个人、学校组织三个层面提出了相应的破解对策。
Teachers' tacit knowledge sharing is an important way of learning. However teachers' tacitknowledge sharing faces many difficulties at present, which restrains the effect of knowledge sharing and hinders the professional development of teachers. Based on the analysis of the dilemma teachers face in tacit knowledge sharing, this paper puts forward the solution measures from tacit knowledge, teachers and school organization.
