摘要
论文基于目前国内外战术无人侦察机使用情况,分析了战术无人侦察机系统的组成及编配现状,通过构建综合的编配指标体系,引入11个编配投入指标和7个效能产出指标,建立改进的基于标杆管理DEA模型,使用美军"火力侦察兵(RQ-8A)"无人机作为同级别的行业标杆,对战术无人侦察机系统编配方案的相对有效性和实际有效性进行科学评估,得出现行装备条件下科学合理的编配方式,并查找了目前国内战术无人侦察机系统编配组成上存在的缺陷,提出了优化措施。
This paper analyzes the constitution and formation of the universal tactical unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)system in our army according to the international circumstance of UAV.By selecting comprehensive formation indexes,which contain 11 formation indexes and 7performance indexes,it builds up an advanced DEA model based on benchmarking management,and takes the UAV which named"RQ-8A"from the military of USA as the benchmarking unit,to analyze and evaluate the relative efficiency and practical efficiency of various formation methods of our army's UAV system,then it provides the most rational formation method with the equipment in operation.Furthermore,it analyzes the shortcoming of the formation of our army's UAV crew,and further summarizes some optimization measures.
