基于知识的质量管理是随着产品技术发展而形成的一种全新的工程管理和质量控制技术。在雷达装备靶场试验中引入基于知识的质量管理方法,对提高试验质量管控的有效性具有重要意义。论文以雷达装备靶场试验质量控制过程的识别为基础,通过对影响试验质量的关键要素和过程的研究分析,提出了对靶场雷达装备试验过程实施基于知识的质量控制的基本方法。

Quality management based on the knowledge is a new technology of engineering manage and quality control along with product technology development. It has important meaning to improve effectiveness of test quality management when drawing quality management based on the knowledge into range test of radar equipment. The article is based on distinguishing quality control process of radar equipment range test, by researching on the key element and the process which effect test quality, the quality control way based on the knowledge in radar equipment range test process is introduced.
